COURSE OVERVIEW

Calling all sweet tooths! Join our four-hour hands-on workshop and master the art of creating the perfect buttercream cake with Kylie Haran!

Learn all the skills you need to produce your own delicious buttercream celebration cake with precise detailing. Each student will craft their own Swiss meringue buttercream from scratch and fill, cover, and decorate their cake as part of this course.
